I initially went to see Abloom because I could see from their website that they were selling a curated range of properties; similar in style to my own. After viewing the house, they produced a comprehensive valuation report, consisting of a number of local comparable properties which gave me clear evidence that the valuation produced was backed up by local sales data. Importantly, after being instructed their photographer produced an outstanding set of photographs for the house and its grounds. Hands down the best I have seen in the Algarve. Once the property was live, I was kept fully informed of enquiries and the status of viewing parties. They were tireless in enthusiasm to sell the house. Once the house was under offer they used their impressive list of contacts to make sure that any reasonable requests made by the buyer or their lawyer were dealt with quickly and efficiently and both sides were kept informed throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend Abloom.
